Booking
Gifted experiences are scheduled directly through the studio and are subject to availability.
Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice.
Experiences are non-refundable once scheduled.
Within 14 days of a booking, changes are no longer available.
Cancellations
Transfers
Gifted experiences may be transferred to another guest.
Gifted experiences do not expire.
They are redeemed against future studio dates and availability.
