Bookings and Gifted Experiences

Before we begin

gifted experiences are scheduled directly through the studio and are subject to availability.

bookings may be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice.

experiences are non-refundable once scheduled.

within 14 days of a booking, changes are no longer available.

gifted experiences may be transferred to another guest.

gifted experiences do not expire.

they are redeemed against future studio dates and availability.

if significant time has passed, adjustments may be required to align with current offerings.
